Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu earlier announced that the government will develop Donakonda in Prakasam district, as industrial hub.
The Malaysian consultancy has now issued a report on improving the road connectivity to Donakonda, for developing industrial hub, in 45,000 acres of government land.
In order to resolve the connectivity issues, the consultancy has proposed four-lane road from Kurnool-Donakonda, Addanki-Donakonda and the R&B Department has been working on the proposal.
Reports reveal that the land and resources availability, gives scope for the development, especially establishing Pharma companies. Several Pharma companies have come forward to to establish their units with a cost of Rs. 500 crore. The AP government is likely to set up Solar manufacturing unit in this region.
