Dattatreya denies TRS joining Modi Cabinet

Bandaru-DattatreyaWhile there have been speculations that the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti Party may join the Narendra Modi cabinet at the Centre, Senior BJP leader and Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya has ruled out the possibility.

The Union minister of State for Labour and Employment  Bandaru Dattatreya, who attended Vemulawada temple in Karimnagar district on the occasion of Maha Sivaratri on Tuesday, spoke to reporters and denied the news of TRS joining the Union Cabinet.

“The news of TRS joining the NDA is just a rumor, and media speculation. The ideologies of BJP and TRS parties are different,” said Mr. Bandaru Dattatreya. He further added that the Centre will extend its possible aid for the development of Telangana State and that he would strive for the release of special funds for Telangana governments projects Mission Kakatiya, as well as Power projects.

Meanwhile, the TRS leaders too rubbished the reports of Party joining the Modi Cabinet. Telangana power minister G Jagadish Reddy also denied TRS joining the NDA government.
